Fact Check: A photo of President Museveni with blogger Ashburg Kato, Balaama circulating on social Media is fake, RTN Photo forensics reveals

Kampala, Uganda (RTN) - Since blogger Ashburg Kato ditched from People Power Movement led by Kyadondo East Constituency MP Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine, there have been rumors that President Museveni called the blogger to his farm and gave him cows. But this is not true.   After we conducted a forensics of the said photo, we discovered that this photo is actually fake.

 

Forensics Test
We did a forensics Test to discover if some parts of the photos were just added.
We carried out two tests of different photos, our  original photo and Ashburg Kato’s photos standing with President Museveni, Balaama and others .
When the tests came out, we  discovered that in Ashburg Kato’s  photo as shown below almost all parts are missing, meaning those parts missing where played around with.

Our origin photo, where you see Bobi Wine with Dr. Kizza Besigye we found out that all the parts are shown and that makes this photo original

Conclusion
The missing parts in Ashburg Kato photo shows that it is  fake and all parts shown in a photo where you see Bobi wine and Besigye is original and confirms the photo is original.

Ashburg Kato’s has actually not met  President Museveni and has not yet been given cows as they are claiming.

Even using your bear eyes, you can see that the photo of President Museveni standing with blogger Ashburg Kato, Balaama  and others is very old and the president is almost not seen and if is true that- that the Photo was taken from state house. the press team could not allow such a poor quality photo to go in public.
